Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using Aabo rides, delivery, driver services, subscriptions, payments, safety tools, and SOS features.

User responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate account information and keep their phone number accessible for OTP verification and support.
  • Users must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, abuse promotions, or interfere with Aabo systems.
  • Riders must use Aabo respectfully, follow reasonable safety instructions, and avoid conduct that threatens drivers, riders, staff, or the public.

Driver responsibilities

  • Drivers must submit accurate National ID, driver license, vehicle information, plate information, and any required verification documents.
  • Drivers must keep documents current, use the approved vehicle where required, follow traffic laws, and provide safe, respectful service.
  • Drivers must not share accounts, falsify documents, manipulate location, accept unsafe requests, or misuse rider or delivery information.

Safety rules and SOS misuse

  • Aabo safety features are provided to support safer journeys, live tracking, identity visibility, and emergency context.
  • The SOS feature must be used only for real safety concerns, emergencies, or urgent support situations.
  • False, abusive, repeated, or malicious SOS use may lead to warnings, account suspension, investigation, removal from Aabo, or reporting to relevant authorities.

Payments, subscriptions, and cancellations

  • Users are responsible for paying applicable ride, delivery, cancellation, subscription, and service fees shown in the app.
  • Driver boost subscriptions or paid features may improve access or visibility but do not guarantee a specific number of rides, deliveries, or earnings.
  • Cancellation rules, fees, refunds, and payment adjustments may depend on timing, driver arrival, trip progress, delivery status, fraud checks, or support review.

Delivery terms

  • Delivery users must provide accurate pickup, dropoff, recipient, package, and contact information.
  • Users must not send illegal, dangerous, stolen, restricted, or unsafe items through Aabo delivery.
  • Drivers may refuse or report delivery requests that appear unsafe, illegal, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the information provided.

Account suspension and fraud prevention

  • Aabo may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts for fraud, unsafe conduct, false documents, failed verification, payment abuse, harassment, illegal activity, SOS misuse, or violations of these terms.
  • Aabo may review account activity, location signals, ride history, delivery history, payment status, device information, and support reports to protect the platform.
  • Aabo may preserve records needed for safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or enforcement.

Liability limitations

  • Aabo aims to provide reliable mobility, delivery, and safety technology, but availability may vary due to network conditions, driver availability, location accuracy, device issues, emergencies, or third-party services.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aabo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unexpected losses connected to use of the service.
  • Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Backend security requirements

Aabo should maintain strong security controls for rider, driver, delivery, identity, location, and verification data.

  • Encrypt sensitive information in transit and protect it on secure infrastructure.
  • Restrict admin access and limit staff access to verified operational needs.
  • Use Firebase Security Rules for app data and secure file storage for uploaded IDs, licenses, and vehicle documents.
  • Require HTTPS-only production communication and OTP verification for account access.
  • Perform driver verification checks before allowing driver activity.
  • Maintain audit logs for important admin actions, verification decisions, and sensitive operational changes.
